霸地4年 新板特區豪宅強制開拆
【李定宇／新北報導】新板特區「國家世紀館」、「國鼎」、「巴黎16區」、
「畫世紀」、「權世界」及「超級F1」等6間豪宅，因將開放空間隔絕成住戶私人
公設，霸地平均約4年時間，新北市工務局經不斷發文開罰仍無效果後，今天上午
動員拆除大隊、警方共約200人兵分6路前往拆除。
上午雖未有大規模抗議，但巴黎16區有住戶出面嗆聲：「大門被拆了，外人可以隨
便進入，住戶的安全誰保障？發生意外誰負責？」超級F1及國家世紀館也發聲明稿
表達不滿。國家世紀館主委出面表示，市府本周日突然發文說要強制拆除，社區願
意自己拆，但希望政府能給2個月時間，住戶根本不知開放空間是什麼意思，社區
設施被拆除相當無奈。
